In this short preview of Outside The Valley, I speak with Justin Bayer. He's the founder of an interesting tech startup called Welcome to College. This is another interview I did at Recharge, a tech party that took place on July 31, 2013 in Dayton, OH.
Justin has some ties to the Las Vegas downtown project. And he's bringing what he's learned in Vegas to Southwest Ohio. So sometimes ... what happens in Vegas actually does not stay in Vegas!
